java2wsdl and wsdl2java README.txt should be deleted

modules/wsdl2java/src/main/resources/META-INF/README.txt and
modules/java2wsdl/src/main/resources/META-INF/README.txt appear to be leftover
files that should be deleted.
The first line of the file refers to M1 driver, which is obsolete.
The top 1/2 of the file contains essentially the text from DISCLAIMER so it
should not be repeated in a README.
The bottom 1/2 is a generic reference to the website which IMHO is not needed
at this level of the source tree.
