Jean-Sebastien Delfino resolved TUSCANY-190.
--------------------------------------------

    Resolution: Invalid

This is an invalid issue. The WSDL spec clearly defines a one-way MEP.

The grammar for a one-way operation is:

<wsdl:definitions .... > <wsdl:portType .... > *
        <wsdl:operation name="nmtoken">
           <wsdl:input name="nmtoken"? message="qname"/>
        </wsdl:operation>
    </wsdl:portType >
</wsdl:definitions>

> The SCA C&I spec should define an equivalent to the @OneWay annotation for
> WSDL operations

> There does not seem to be a way to mark a WSDL operation as OneWay. The Java
> C&I spec defines a @OneWay annotation, but there is no equivalent for a WSDL
> operation.
