I have merged the fix from trunk into 0.91 branch under r557146. We can pull
it into RC4 if we decide the re-spin.

It looks like there are still some issues with our 0.91 RC3.

I'd like to see two code issues fixed:
- Using two bindings that extend PojoBinding in the same composite (e.g.
JSON and EJB) causes an ClassCastException
- JSON binding (and other bindings that don't support references) break
when initializing self references
Both issues are serious, but have been fixed by Raymond in trunk. Details

Any chance to get this fix merged into 0.91 RC4?
