[SCA Native] Test suite

I understand that the current TuscanySCA Native test suite is not
maintained. I have tried to use it recently and it doesnt even compile.
I'd like to start creating a new test suite, starting with the
changes/patches that I've uploaded. Its not real clear what unit test
framework was used, would there be any objections to me using CxxTest?
