Jean-Sebastien Delfino commented on TUSCANY-1494:
-------------------------------------------------
This work was initially discussed there:
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg19069.html
and should eventually cover the following:
- definition of models for policy attachments in SCA assemblies and policy
definitions in definitions.xml
- rules for overriding / combining policy intent configuration at various
levels of assembly
- artifact processors for both sets of XML elements, supporting reading and
writing policies
- packaging of policySet definitions in an SCA contribution
- contribution of policySet definitions to an SCA domain
- ability for a binding or implementation type to describe the policy intents
it supports
- implementation of the policy intent -> policy set mapping algorithm described
in the policy spec
- mechanism to allow selection of a binding out of several available bindings
based on policy intents
