Binary file is attached separately as it can not go in patch
(need to be placed in test/resources)
ascillfile.txt - in patch says, no new line, but when applying patch,
it inserts a new line and makes one assertion in UT case fails.
It the newline is manually removed, it works
Test cases for clob, blob cover - select, insert and check SDO Type mapping
works.
