I've applied the patch. I noticed I had to define LIBXML2_INCLUDE and
LIBXML2_LIB. Previously on Windows we just defined LIBXML2_HOME. I
think what you have here is better as it is consistent with the
Linux/Mac build.

We will need to update the doc at some point when the ant build code
is stable. It will probably be best to remove the existing automake
and vcexpress builds at that point.
