documentBaseURI is incorrect in wsdl Definition

I found that with the recent changes in T4 to merge wsdl documnet namespaces
the Definition documentBaseURI attribute no longer contains the correct path to
the base wsdl document that was loaded. I found that if you preserve and
restore the documentBaseURI in the WSDLDocumentProcessor around the merge this
can be corrected. I have attached a patch.
