The TuscanySCA Native test suite is stale and hasn't been maintained for ages.
It could be very confusing for anyone who downloads the source code and tries to
run the tests since they don't even compile.
(like I once did and then spent a few hours searching/wondering what I did
wrong)
Why don't we just delete it? We'll be creating a new one with the M4 release.
