Summary: Ajax binding should use endpoints as defined in the assembly spec
1.7.2 (was: Jsonrpc and Ajax bindings should use endpoints as defined in the
assembly spec 1.7.2)
The JSON binding now correctly uses the URI provided by the assembly model, but
the Ajax binding seems to still hardcode its URI.
