Hi Luciano,

I thought I would set up the DAS tests from the binary distro to make sure
they play nice as I go through testing SCA samples. So this is very late +1
from me.

The odd thing I found was that the sample urls in

companyweb/readme.htm
sample-ajax-das/readme.htm

Don't work. So something for next time. I haven't gone in and fixed them as
the url (http://localhost:8080/sample-companyweb-%7bversion%20tag%7d) looks
strangely important. Are these htm pages generated from somewhere?
