Actually, <relativePath/> seems to be correct in that module, but
incorrect in the other demo modules.
I created JIRA TUSCANY-1598 for issue (1) and fixed it in both trunk and
the 0.99 branch, under revisions r569470 and r569471.
2. The 0.99-incubating-SNAPSHOT artifacts probably have not been
published yet
