The README instructions for the calculator-distributed sample in the binary
distro don't work. I ran "ant runDomainNode" first as directed, and got the
follwing error:
runDomainNode:
[java] java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: node/DomainNode
[java] Exception in thread "main"
[java] Java Result: 1
