I'm thinking we'll have to go with adding a getContextPath method to the
TuscanyHost interface to get the context path as discussed in:
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg22579.html
That way the Tuscany Axis2ServiceProvider can get the context path from the
ServletHost and use it when creating an Axis2Service name.
