Often times it's required to set/configure a different workmanager on
invocation chain other than the default one which is
configured per Tuscany runtime. This feature is useful for extension
frameworks to be able to set a desired workmanager
on an invocation chain if needed.
A simple setter in NonBlockingInterceptor will provide a solution for this
issue. Using this setter, extension frameworks can
set desired workmanager on InvocationChain during post wire processing.
