The license will change, for sure, since OASIS has its own rules about these things. What exactly it will look like is one of the chores that I will have to deal with soon....
However, that change won't be for a while, since the OASIS TCs will have to approve publication of an OASIS version of the spec and the other artifacts. So don't hold your breath.
