This is the second part of an SPI cleanup effort, initially reported as
TUSCANY-1704.
The Message interface refers to EndpointtReference and ReferenceParameters.
These should also be cleaned up to remove redundant methods. In
EndpointReference, the following methods should be removed:
getCallbackEndpoint() / setCallbackEndpoint()
In ReferenceParameters, the following methods should be removed:
getCallbackObjectID() / setCallbackObjectID()
