Is binding-jms available?

I wish to expose service to JMS client through SCA's JMS binding component. But
I can't find the binding-jms module in the current tuscany sca 0.99 version or
the future 1.0 version. I browsed the previous posts, it seems that the JMS
binding has ever been included in the tuscany sca 0.90 release. I am wondering
if it is available in the current release and how I should use it. Thank you
