Hi, I just read the article. It seems a global and local transaction got 
clarified and how component and service will participate in a resource 
management are all in concern.

This article could be a bases of future design of Tuscany's transaction runtime.

My suggestion and works on Tuscany's transaction is raw, and need much TODOs to 
become a productive one and standard one.
