Hi Ron,
I think that with Ed's suggestion we don't want to use the
extendedMetaDataHolderCache. That is, you should not include my earlier
suggested fix. Ed's approach is to force the objects themselves to compute and
cache their own extendedMetaData. Then it doesn't matter what ExtendedMetaData
instance is used to access it.
