This is a transformer from an XML serialized Object which has a Job Interface,
to OMElement. This can be an example in order to create a new databinding. It
allows every object which it implements the Job interface to be sent by SCA
over WebServices binding. This example can be coupled with workpool example in
order to do some remote scheduling or distributed task processing.
