The current WireTestCase does not detect a bug which exists in the Assembly
Module. This bug is reported in Jira as TUSCANY-1930
The WireTestCase should be expanded to test a wire where the component and
service name specified as the target (i.e.
target="WireServiceComponent/WireService") are different. The current test only
tests the case where they are equal (i.e. target="WireService/WireService").
