Simple bring-up of a scenario using SCA nodes and a domain controller quickly
run into serious issues (see JIRAs 1957 and 1958), as of now I can say that the
domain controller is not usable.
I am therefore lowering the priority of this issue from critical to major (as
not being able to stop/start is not so important anymore if you can't use it at
all anyway...).
I'm also moving this JIRA to the SCA-Next release as I don't see how to fix the
domain + node implementation in the 1.1 release. It will need serious fixing
after the 1.1 release.
If anybody disagrees with the above assessment please put the JIRA back in
SCA-Next, and help us fix it as well as 1957 and 1958 :)
