Simon Nash resolved TUSCANY-2038.

Resolution: Fixed
The surefire plugin condiguration specified -Xmx128m. Changed this to -Xmx256m
as a 64-bit JVM can potentially use up to double the amount of memory used by a
32-bit JVM. Fix committed as revision 620352.
