Luciano Resende resolved TUSCANY-1992.

Resolution: Fixed
Same changes as TUSCANY-2036. Fixed by marking the stax 1.0.1 dependency
provided. This removes it from the ant build script and from the web-inf\lib as
wel.. I have performed the updates in all the webapp samples.
