Core-spring was an experiment (I was trying to replace our core runtime
with Spring), we could also just remove it if nobody is using it.
Implementation-spring provides an implementation of the SCA/Spring
integration and support for <component>/<implementation.spring>. I think
we should ask about the level of Spring people want to use on the
tuscany-user list too.
