Hi,
Can you change the pom.xml for tuscany-maven-definitions?
Replace <packaging>maven-plugin</packaging> with <packaging>jar</packaging>.

Looks like this is only an issue with the maven-plugin-plugin 2.4.
Forcing the pom to use 2.3 works BUT only if you don't have 2.4 on
your maven repo. I have created JIRA to track the issue. I'm still
investigating the issue...
