Incorrect conversationID in ConversationImpl instance when Scope is "REQUEST"

Even though the ConversationManagerImpl is generating a new conversationID, I
am noticing that when the Scope is set to "REQUEST", the conversationID in the
ConversationImpl object is not initialized with the new conversationID even
after ending a previous conversation. The following shows the sequence of
operations I am invoking on the service.

The "cid=..." lines are printed in ConversationManagerImpl.startConversation().
I would expect that the conversationIDs printed in lines 6 to 8 to be same as
the one in line 5.
