I've cleaned up the tutorial modules in SVN revisions r640322 (trunk) and
r640325 (1.2 branch), so they should be OK to include in the distro now.
Modules tutorial/jee-services (formerly nodes-jee) and tutorial/www-services
should be excluded as they don't work yet.
