Graham Charters updated TUSCANY-2285:
-------------------------------------

    Attachment: sca-api-bundle-2.patch

The following patch logically results in the same changes as the previous
patch. The key difference is it only uses maven bundle plugin to create the
manifest and then uses maven jar plugin to build the jar file (previously maven
bundle plugin was also being used to build the jar).

> Make sca-api automatically build as an OSGi bundle

> Itest/osgi-tuscany creates an OSGi bundle for the sca-api module. As a step
> towards providing better support for OSGi, it has been suggested on the
> dev-list that we simply make sca-api automatically build as an OSGi bundle.
> This does not preclude it being used as a normal jar.
> I have a patch which I will attached shortly.
