Well, I know exactly how I can fix this issue - the code for writing out the
BPEL extension elements needs a minor tweak to output the prefix form of the
QName for those elements rather than the full form shown above. Supposedly,
the form shown above is an acceptable "standard" format, but if it is being
rejected, we must change it
