Do you refer to properties with complex types? If yes, the answer is "no".
We only support simple properties in M2 and Venkat's completing the feature
in trunk.
If you refer to passing complex types to Web Services, then the answer is
"yes", you can pass SDO objects to represent the complex data. In trunk, you
can use JAXB and XMLBeans as well.
