The 1.0 draft as a whole are not confidential but have not been made
publicly available yet. Most of the changes on the ML refer to
changes in the APIs which were proposed based on contributions from
this project (which are open of course); the current working copy of
the APIs are in trunk at:

Most of the people on the project are involved in the spec process,
either by working for one of the collaboration partners or through
the OSOA Supporters program:

The only requirement for becoming a supporter is an IP license
agreement needed to ensure the Royalty-Free status of the spec.
