Unfortunately not, at least not through the SDO API as it stands. I think this is part of the discussion discussion in the spec group under the XSD fidelity heading in http://www.xcalia.com/support/browse/SDO-197. However, I'm pretty sure this could be dug out from the underlying EMF metadata annotations, so it could be a candidate for thinking about adding as a Tuscany SDOUtil method until the spec resolves the issue.
