Hello! I have developed applications on Equinox OSGi. I am new to Tuscany.
I see that Tuscany has integration with OSGi in that it can load osgi bundles as components. But does Tuscany runtime behave like OSGi? Can Tuscany dynamically recognize and load OSGi bundles that might appear at any time? The Tuscany .composite files look very much like OSGi declarative services XML files. Is Tuscany really an OSGi environment?
