Error: Can't find BPEL Process

Hello,

I try to run a simple BPEL Process with Tuscany, but I get the following error 
message when the client tries to create an instance:
SCADomain scaDomain = SCADomain.newInstance("shopProcess.composite");

error:
Can't find BPEL Process : {http://shopProcess}shopProcess

Do anybody know, what the problem may be? 

P.S. I checked the namespaces and think they're ok.
