I ran a program with a "�" sign, and I got this
message :-
"sys:1: DeprecationWarning: Non-ASCII character '\xc2'
in file birdgame32a.py on line 93, but no encoding
declared; see http://www.python.org/peps/pep-0263.html
for details'
I looked at the message but I am not sure what
encoding to use for "�".
