I am trying to write a CGI program here is the code of the HTML <FORM ACTION="cgi-bin/party2.py" METHOD="POST"> <P><SELECT NAME="language"> <OPTION SELECTED>ALL <OPTION>Bromley <OPTION>Lewisham</OPTION>
