There are three new widgets in Tk 8.4:

the Spinbox (an entry field with "up" and "down" arrow buttons), the 
PanedWindow , which lets you
dynamically add resizable frames and the LabelFrame, a Frame with a decorative 
border
and a Label in one of its corners.
