The first one is hardest to ansdwer, but anything repetitive that you do on a regular basis should be a candidate. And as to efficiency, if it works and its fast enough don't get too hung up on it. Pero's have to worry about squeezing speed out because its a selling point againstbthe competition, but for an amateur "fast enough" is good enough IMHO.
