It is customary to include code examples either inline in your message or attach them as a plain text source code file. Some mailing list frown on attachments in general (but this one doesn't, to my knowledge), but binary attachments, like the image you sent, should be avoided. If you want to show us longer code examples, use a pasting bin [1] One reason why it's not a good idea to show us your code as a screenshot from your editor is that we have to type it up again, if we want to refer to it in our replies.
