Here is my solution:
def readcsvfile(filename,headerstring):
headers = headerstring.split(',')
f = open(filename, 'ro')
csvdata = csv.DictReader(f)
for row in csvdata:
for column in headers[0:-1]:
print row[column]+',',
print row[headers[-1]]
