There have been several recent issues with people finding their messages being trapped in the moderation queue. On investigation I discovered that about 5% of the list addresses had been turned onto full moderation. I have no idea why or how or when this happened, it's certainly not normal moderator practice since it just creates extra work for us! I've gone through the entire list and manually reset the flags.
This is not exactly a slick process and I may have missed a few so if you think your messages are not getting through and may still be getting trapped let me know and I'll investigate.
