Rather: Don't reply to the digest message. It breaks threading (because you're not replying to the actual message that was sent by the person you're responding to). Digest mode is only for use if you *know* that email address will never participate in the discussion. Instead: If you want to participate on the forum, turn off digest mode from the beginning. Receive the individual messages.
