I uploaded Tux Paint 0.9.11-1 to Debian sid/unstable late last night. Look
for it soon at a mirror near you, or see:

Bill, please note that the tuxpaint/download/linux-debian page is now out of
date. Testing contains 0.9.10-3 and Unstable contains the same version
(now superceded by 0.9.11-1, but not yet reflected at packages.d.o).
As usual, I offer stable backports upon request. But so far, nobody has
asked. The current stable backport version# listed on the Tux Paint web
site is still correct.
