It's an oft-requested feature, and I admit I think it's very useful.

Never fear! Before even starting to code the feature, I already added
an option to disable it. ;^)

I really don't like doing off-screen (e.g., keyboard) controls.
Shortcuts for 'power users' (e.g., [Ctrl]-[Z] to undo, [Ctrl]-[S] to save,
etc.) is fine. (Even those are no disable-able ;^) )

I want Tux Paint to be something a user can use without even having a keyboard
in front of them. (Obviously the "Text" tool won't be of much use...
OTOH, I'm now considering adding a pop-up keyboard ;^) )

I think shortcuts aren't a bad idea. (Shift+Click a stamp to mirror it.
Control+Click to flip it.) Not having the option available WITHOUT a keyboard
is bad, IMO.
