A simple extension currently enjoyed by users of "Sticker Book" is support
for backdrops.

Backdrops are used for making "scenes", and give younger artists a bit of a
framework to work within. It's not a hard thing to do in a very ad hoc sort
of way: just add the backdrop images to each user's .tuxpaint/saved

There are a couple of problems with this approach:

- backdrops can be accidentally destroyed by the user by overwriting
- backdrops are copied onto everyone's account, whereas only one set of
distributed backdrops really needs to exist (perhaps supplemented by
site-specific backdrops added by the admin)

I'm not going to offer solutions, but rather just give you the problem and
see what you come up with.

Thanks,
Ben
