The end of the year is near, and we've got at least a FEW Christmas stamps in the collection now (thanks to Justin Zeigler).
So, I'd like to release Tux Paint 0.9.13, finally, as well as a new collection of stamps (2003.12.##). The forthcoming changes in 0.9.13 include: * Basque, Norwegian Bokmal and Tamil translations, though Tamil is buggy. * Mirror, Flip, Shrink and Grow controls added to Stamps tool. * "--lang list" option added, and other usage/help clean-up. * Printing in Win98 fixed. And in the stamps collection: * Lithuanian and Polish translations. * Norwegian Nynorsk and French translation updates. * Set some stamps to 'nomirror' and 'noflip', as appropriate. * Created some manually-mirrored stamp images. * Cartoon bug stamps added. * Christmas stamps added. * Lots of translation tweaks by Karl Ove Hufthammer. Before making an official release, however, I'd like for this to be tested as much as we can! :^) Especially folks using it in their favorite locales. Things I'd like to do include: * Make Hanukkah, 'Eidul Fitr and New Years stamps * Get Tamil working right :^( * Incorporate Arabic translations, if I get them /very/ soon Karl H., John P., Darrell W., Ben A., and 'Shard' (Marcin K.), have I missed anything major!?
