That's planned, actually, for a school lab that needs the feature. ;)

The naming idea sounds good, too.  One idea I had for that, though,
which had to do with saving files in different directories (one for each
teacher and class and the aforementioned school) would to be to have
a little app, kinda similar to tuxpaint-config, that set an option and
launched Tux Paint.

Kind of a GUI means of doing:  tuxpaint --savedir=Z:\MRS_JONES_1ST_GRADE\
