Looking good!

Some of the options are a little terse, but that should be easy to fix.
I'd be happy to take a stab at it. :)

Example, in TPC_2.png, the "Mouse & Keyboard" tab contains:

  Mouse:

    [ ] Fancy Cursors
    [ ] Grab
    [ ] Wheelmouse

Out of context, those options don't really mean much... esp. the last two.

So I'd suggest something like either:

  [ ] Fancy Cursors
      Draw cartoon-style mouse pointer shapes.
      (Disable if they cause problems)

  [ ] Grab Mouse Pointer
Don't allow the mouse pointer to escape the Tux Paint window

  [ ] Wheelmouse Support
Allow mouse wheels to scroll the selections at the right
      (Brushes, Stamps, etc.)

Although, I guess in some cases, it depends on what the checkboxes do.
Does "Wheelmouse" set --wheelmouse or --nowheelmouse ? :)

Again, we can figure it out, and I'd be happy to tweak the code, once it's
in CVS. I'm VERY excited!!! :)

"Mixed" is upper and lower case. That's the normal mode, and is meant to
be the default. It's text that looks just like these sentences. :^)

"Upper" will convert lower case letters to uppercase, and is meant for kids
who know the alphabet (ABC...XYZ), but haven't learned, or are still having
difficulty with, lowercase letters (abc...xyz). IT CAUSES TUX PAINT TO
WRITE TEXT LIKE THIS. ;^)
